June 2025 presidents message

Greetings GSBAS Members and Friends:

I am honored to have been elected to serve as your President for the next two years.  I, along with a very knowledgeable and motivated Board of Directors,  will move GSBAS in a forward and exciting direction.  We have already met and had a preparatory meeting, as well as an official Board Meeting.  Responsibilities and review  of issues was discussed.  I am heartened at the positive response from Board Members in accepting the various assignments and responsibilities delegated to them. We have extended our appreciation to Jody (who remains on the Board as Former President) and Annette who  was our Treasurer.

It was with great pleasure that I saw the many people who attended the GSBAS dinner.

We have to give thanks to Jody and Annette for another wonderful event.  As I mentioned in my address at the dinner, we are always looking for greater participation from our members as well as gaining new friendships with new  people joining us as members.  We also look forward to members leading committees addressing the various issues and concerns of the organization.

If you have a particular interest that you think would be worthwhile pursuing through GSBAS, please let the Board know and we can discuss it.
